All Pulse & Flame Studio items are made to order through our trusted print partners. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. This includes printing and quality checks before shipment.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with our print partner to resolve the issue.
